We process only the minimum data necessary to provide our services. Spreadsheet data is processed in real-time and never permanently stored. Account data (email, name) is stored securely for authentication purposes.
AI processing is performed by EU-based infrastructure providers under strict data processing agreements. Your data is never used to train AI models. AI can make mistakes — always review and verify AI-generated outputs independently before relying on them.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. You can also object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Contact support@cellyn.ai for any requests.

Cellyn is currently available on an invitation-only basis. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis without a formal SLA. Features may change as our products evolve.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Cellyn for your internal business purposes.
You may not: reverse engineer the software, use it for illegal purposes, share your account credentials, or attempt to circumvent any security measures.
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may contain errors — you must independently review and verify all AI outputs before relying on them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt am Main.
